Program Director

We have an immediate opportunity for an assertive individual w/excellent project management skills to manage the assessment-related activities of national credentialing examinations. To qualify for this position, you should have Ph.D. degree in a field such as measurement, psychology, education, or statistics. Three or more years of experience in examination development-related activities such as item writing, examination development, standard setting and item analysis will be an asset. Comparable experience in employee/executive selection testing will be considered, as will persons with strong statistical analysis skills. Candidates must have excellent presentation & writing skills; good interpersonal & group management skills; & have a strong background & interest in psychometrics, testing &/or statistics.
