The procedures and methodologies employed in support of these services conform with standards widely accepted as applicable to occupational and professional credentialing programs, including, among others, the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing jointly published by AERA, APA, and NCME (1999); the NCCA Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs; the International Standard of ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024 for the Accreditation of Personnel Certification Bodies; the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures promulgated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); and PES’s own Guidelines for the Development, Use, and Evaluation of Licensure and Certification Programs (1995).
